The festival has its own television production team: Bitstream Visuals. They have the exclusive right to film performances at all stages. No other film crews will be allowed on stage and front stage without our permission. TV crews also are not allowed to film in the backstage or in the artist village.

Television: public broadcasters national television (VRT), national radio (Studio Brussel) and regional television (TV OOST) companies will visit the festival in order to cover this during their news program. Inform us by mail if artist doesn’t agree.

Broadcasting: show will be broadcasted live on mega screens for the festival audience. If the artist doesn’t agree, the tourmanager needs to contact us before August 25th.

There will be a small screen (2mx3m) on each stage on which the show will be broadcasted (no recording).

Press will be allowed frontstage only following the artists specs mentioned in the rider.
