In order to PAY the fee upfront we need you to mail the following documents to anja@crammerock.be:
Fee invoice, contract and bank details
Passport details of all people performing: name, nationality, passport number etc with specification of functionÂ
US citizens only: sworn statements of all people performing with correct home address in US
Other:
Social security forms of band and crew
(updates of) Rider, hospitality rider, tech specs
Full names and contact information (phone number + e-mail) of tour manager and production manager
Names of the touring party with specification of function
Number of trucks/busses/vans, with description, colour and license plate
Frequency of your wireless mikes (Important!) => peter@4ears.be
Hotel requirements, in case you need our help. In case you have made your own booking, please let us know where you are staying
Local transfer/hotel shuttle requirements => info@toursupport.be + anja@crammerock.be
No work permits are needed because this is a concert of an artist with international fame staying less then 3 months in Belgium.
